I got my tickets only a few hours before the event, which was annoying. Like, they did work in the end, so fine, but waiting that long was stressful for no good reason. The whole delivery timing was just bad

I did get my refund faster than I expected, which I appreciated. That said, I felt ignored while I was waiting because I didn’t get much communication or reassurance along the way.

I did get my tickets in the end, so I can’t say it was a total problem. But i already get a little skeptical with ticket sites, and this experience didn’t really change my mind. The fees felt high, and I wasn’t totally clear on what was happening with delivery until close to the event. Everything worked out, but it definitely wasn’t the most relaxing process. I’d maybe use it again if I really had no other choice.

"Glad I Reached Out About My Cancellation"
I wasn’t sure if contacting support would be worth it, but I figured I had already tried to sort out the cancellation myself, so it made sense to ask for help. They got back to me quickly, explained things clearly, and fixed the issue without a bunch of back and forth. I was a little worried at first, but it ended up being much easier than I expected

"Payment seemed fine, but the fees were annoying"
The payment part was smooth. My card went through without any drama and I got the usual security checks, so I felt like it was safe enough. But then the extra fees popped up late in the process, which kind of threw me off. I mean, it wasn’t a huge deal, but also it was irritating. Overall not bad, just wish they were more upfront about the costs

I used viagogo to look for concert tickets, and overall the website worked fine. It was easy to search, the pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have any major issues finding events or seats.
What annoyed me was that some of the details weren’t always clear, especially around pricing and checkout. The final price showed up later than I’d like, and I felt like I was getting slightly inconsistent answers depending on where I looked, so I had to keep going back to double-check things. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely be more straightforward and upfront.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took way too long to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it wasn’t really helpful. On top of that, I kept getting aggressive reminders, which just made the whole thing more annoying instead of helpful.

"Good option, though not totally smooth"
Umm, Viagogo actually came through for me when most other sites were already sold out for the event, so I was relieved to find tickets there. I also liked that I could compare a few different seating options instead of just taking whatever was left.
The only frustrating part was that prices seemed to shift while I was browsing, and a couple of tickets disappeared really quickly. I still ended up getting one in the end, so overall it worked out fine.

I was a little hesitant at first because buying tickets online can feel kind of risky, depending on where you’re buying from and how close the event is.
In this case, the buyer protection was what made me feel okay about going through with it. It gave me some peace of mind that if anything weird happened, I wouldn’t just be stuck figuring it out alone.
The order itself was straightforward, and for this kind of purchase, that reassurance made a difference. I wouldn’t say I need it for every single thing I buy online, but for tickets, it definitely helped...

"Getting the tickets transferred was way more stressful than it needed to be"
The mobile tickets showed up really late, which already had me kind of on edge. Then the transfer process felt confusing, like I kept thinking I missed a step or clicked the wrong thing. Support did reply, but it didn’t clear much up. I did get in eventually, so it worked out in the end, but by that point I was already stressed and half-wondering why tickets have to be this complicated now.

My tickets weren’t showing properly and I was stressed about it at first. I had to send a few messages back and forth, which was a bit of a hassle and felt like more effort than it needed to be. To be fair, viagogo support did get back to me and managed to fix everything before the event, so I got in fine in the end. It wasn’t a perfect experience because the waiting was annoying, but the issue was resolved. I’d probably use them again, just not last minute.

"Last-Minute Ticket Panic Somehow Worked Out"
I bought my tickets about two hours before the event and was spiraling a little, convinced I had made a terrible last-minute decision. But they came through just in time, right before I had a full dramatic meltdown, and I got in with zero issues. The price was definitely higher than I would’ve liked, but for a clutch last-minute option, it absolutely saved the day. I’d use it again if I was ever in that kind of ticket emergency
